- Open Outlook Express.
- From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.

- Click on the Mail tab.
- Select the Your Domain mail account in the list.
- Click the Properties button.

- Click on the General tab.
- In the Mail account box, type Your Domain.
- In the Name box, type your name.
- In the E-mail address box, type your email address.

- Click on the Servers tab.
- In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) box, type the SMTP mail server name specific to your domain (i.e. smtp.pacbell.net for pacbell).
- In the Incoming mail (POP3) box, type the POP3 mail server name specific to your domain (i.e. mail.freerun.com for Freerun).
- Confirm that the My incoming server is a box contains POP3.
- Click the Log on using radio button in the Incoming Mail Server area.
- In the Account name box, type your email address.
- In the Password box, type your password.

- Click on the Connection tab.
- Click the Connect using my phone line radio button in the Connection area.
- Click the down arrow on the Use the following Dial-Up Networking connection drop-down list and choose your username.
- Click the OK button.

- Click the Close button.

You have successfully configured Outlook Express.
