- Open Eudora Pro.
- From the Tools menu, choose Options.
- Select Getting Started in the Catagory list.
- In the Real name field, type your full name.
- In the Return address field, type your email address.
- In the Mail Server (Incoming) field, type the POP3 mail server name specific to your domain (i.e. mail.freerun.com for Freerun).
- In the Login Name field, type your username.
- In the SMTP Server (Outgoing) field, type the SMTP server name specific to your domain (i.e. smtp.pacbell.net for pacbell).
- Select Checking Mail in the Catagory list.
- Check the box next to Save password.
- Scroll down until Advanced Network is visible.
- Select Advanced Network in the list.
- Uncheck the box next to Cache network info.
- Click the OK button.
You have just configured Eudora Pro.
