How to configure Eudora Light 3.05

1. Open Eudora Light 3.05.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Options.

   

3. Select Getting Started in the Category list.
4. In the POP account box, type your username followed by the "@" symbol and the POP3 mail server name specific to your domain (i.e. @pop.freerun.com for Freerun).
5. In the Real name box, type your full name.
6. In the Return address box, type your email address.

   

7. Select Hosts in the Category list.
8. In the SMTP box, type the SMTP server name specific to your domain (i.e. smtp.freerun.com for Freerun).

   

9. Select Checking Mail in the Catagory list.
10. Check the box next to Save password.

    

11. Scroll down until Advanced Network in the Category list. is visible.
12. Select Advanced Network in the Catagory list.
13. In the Network open timeout box, type 300.
14. In the Network timeout after box, type 300.
15. Uncheck the box next to Cache network info.
16. Click the OK button.

    

    You have now successfully configured Eudora Light 3.0x.
